I was honored when Gallery1988 asked me to do a small-group show with Jeff Boyes and Jay Shaw. The show opened at G1988′s Venice location, Thursday, August 2,  2012.

My theme is to marry my study and love of the classical Renaissance masters (personal fav Michelangelo), with all my childhood obsessions and influences from pop-culture/toys, etc. So, I placed bigger-than-life characters within the Sistine Chapel environment, elevating them to an even grander iconic stature. Similar to the way Michelangelo did with the biblical Prophets and Sybils.

I created 6 new pieces for the show. All of them are 18″x18″, 6-color screenprints; signed & numbered, limited-editions of 75 prints each

I was honored when The Church of London approached me about creating this cover-wrap illustration of “Team GB” for ADIDAS, as part of their Take The Stage Campaign at the Olympic Summer Games 2012.

Blunt Graffix planned a HUGE-MONGOUS “Dead Rockstars” show across the sea… In Japan that is! This is the print I helped them create to promote it. “Axes & Dragons” is an 18″x24″, 5-color screenprint.

I was thrilled when The Poster Collective asked me to design their very first poster collaboration with The Loft Cinema, “The Rocky Horror Picture Show”! RHPS is an 18″x24″, 4-color screenprint; limited-edition of 100.

“The Stranger” is my homage to the man, the myth, the legend, Willie Nelson. It’s an 18″x24″, 2-color screenprint (inc. Metallic-Red), on natural-cream paper; limited-edition of 50, signed and numbered. 

My contribution to Blank Space Gallery’s “In the Garage – Art Celebrating Geek Culture” is this loving homage to one of my favorite games of all time, Super Mario Bros.

SIKids commissioned me to create an original illustration for their cover featuring Peyton Manning in his new Denver Broncos jersey. Issue hit the newsstands in April 2012.

I was thrilled when G1988 asked me to create an homage of the timeless career of “Weird” Al Yankovic. From his humble beginnings, and first-ever public appearance on “The Tomorrow Show” with Tom Snyder, to his countless other epic performances, “Weird” Al continues to be endlessly relevant.
